Service and Support
Service after the sale is just as important as building the truck. We have a case management system integrated within our company’s engineering and production software. This gives our service technicians full access to the data needed to help solve technical issues encountered with the truck. Once the customer calls or emails us, the information is entered into our case management system. A case number is assigned and routed to the appropriate technician. When the problem is resolved, the case is closed and that data is logged for future reference.
